QPGC volunteers Mark Lager, Celia Ortenberg and Keith & Neil Coffman-Grey worked with CSUCI staff to set up a Quilt display to run through October 30.

With AIDS Memorial Quilts displayed in CSUCI’s Broome Library and Quilts for life partners Dominick Parisi and Eugene Weren accompanied by Eugene’s leather jacket, the installation features QPGC literature and will also include documents and artifacts culled from the library’s Gold Coast Archives collection, a gift of dozens of boxes of materials about Gold Coast LGBT and AIDS history donated by the Coffman-Greys.

A reception with CSUCI students and staff in addition to QPGC volunteers and board members will take place on October 29.
